First, I would like to thank you all for your support and patience as we begin our reopening. I will do my best to accommodate you all. At this time, I will limit my alterations exclusively, meaning no custom work. This will give priority to bridal and special occasion garments. I will be prioritizing prior clients that were affected by the pandemic. For all new appointments please book online. Thank you for your understanding during this New Normal. I am so excited to get back into the shop!
Some new rules for the Grand Re-Opening will be as follows per CDC guidelines:
- We are only allowed one client at a time so you must come alone.
- You must wear a mask! If you do not have one, cloth reusable masks are available for you at a cost of $10.00.
- When first entering the shop:
❖ You will be required to have your temperature taken (contactless).
❖ You will have to fill out a form with questions recommended by the CDC
and sign the waiver. (Your personal information will be for tracking purposes
only and not shared unless required by the state.)
❖ After, you will be asked to wash and/or sanitize your hands.
Strict cleaning and sterilization will be done between every client and throughout the day in accordance with CDC guidelines.
❏ IF YOUR TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE 100.4º, YOU WILL HAVE TO
❏ ANY SYMPTOMS OF FEVER, COUGH OR HAVE FAMILY MEMBERS THAT ARE
CURRENTLY SICK, IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD, YOU ARE ALSO ASKED TO
HOLD OFF ON SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
WE UNDERSTAND IT IS ALLERGY SEASON BUT THESE PRECAUTIONS ARE IN EVERYONE'S BEST INTEREST. NO SHOW OR LATE CANCELLATION POLICIES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED
❏ 15 MINUTES LATE WILL BE RESCHEDULED AND CHARGED 50%
❏ LESS THAN A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE WILL BE RESCHEDULED
AND CHARGED 50%
IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL AND FEAR THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO
MAKE THE APPOINTMENT, WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT SCHEDULE AT THIS TIME.
